Alexey Volkov was born in Kovrov in Vladimir region. He was one of the founders of the Old Komix, one of the most influential Russian pages on the history of comics. He started as a comic writer back in 2014 and is known as a writer of "Doctor Lucid", "Frontier", and "Conquerors of the Impossible" comic series.
