Unfortunately, we cannot track down all the printing errors while packing an order, so if you got the book with some printing errors, be sure to write on e-mail help@bubble.ru and we will send you a replacement on our own expenses!
We also draw your attention to the need to test the integrity of the goods upon receipt, if
the delivery was carried out by CDEK service. This applies especially to fragile goods such as
mugs.
Do not sign any documents confirming that you have received the goods and have no
claims until you ensure the item is delivered to you in proper quality!
