Please note that books of proper quality according to the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods other sizes, shapes, dimensions, style, colors or complete sets are NOT SUBJECT to return!

Return and exchange of other goods is carried out according to the rules.

Return policy

  1. 1.1. The site is owned and administered by LLC "BUBBLE".
  2. 1.2. By ordering Products through the Site, the Customer agrees to the terms of sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set out below.
  3. 1.3. These Terms, except for paragraph 3.12 "Pre-order", as well as information about the Goods presented on the Website, are a public offer in accordance with article 435 and part 2 of article 437 of the civil code of Russian Federation.
  4. 1.4. The relations between the Customer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of the civil code on retail sale (Paragraph 2 Chapter 30), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation "On consumer protection" of 07.02.1992 № 2300-1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
  5. 1.5. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Сonditions, therefore, the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the terms and Conditions posted on the Website.
  6. 1.6. The client agrees to the Terms by clicking "Confirm order" or “Proceed to the payment” at the last stage of ordering on the Website or by giving consent to the operator when ordering by phone.
    The performance of these actions is a fact confirming the conclusion of the contract between the Client and the Seller.
  7. 1.7 Terms of sale contain items with active hyperlinks to specific thematic sections with more detailed information, which are an integral part of the Terms of sale.
    The method of providing access to certain parts of these Terms by means of active hyperlinks is a generally accepted method of placing information on the Internet.
  8. 1.8. In the case of promotional events- promotions, in terms of promotions posted on the Website, special provisions governing the procedure for ordering and return of goods may be established.
    In this case, the terms of this promotions are an integral part of these Terms of sale and shall be applied to persons taking part in the promotion.
    Making a promotional Order and/or fulfilling other conditions of participation in the promotion means that the Client agrees to the terms of the relevant promotion.

Goods of inadequate quality

We accept the return of defective goods only if the defect can obviously be classified as a manufacturing defect.

Refund of shipping costs for the Goods of

Proper quality.
When returning the goods of proper quality, the cost of delivery and shipment is not compensated.

Inadequate quality.
If you return the goods of inadequate quality, provided that the defect was not the fault of the client, we will refund the shipping cost.
When returning such goods by Russian Post, we will compensate your expenses for the return shipment - please send a scan of the postal receipt to the email address help@bubble.ru.

How and where to return the goods?

How and where to return the goods?

To make a return you need to:

  1. 1. Write to help@bubble.ru and ask for a return. Please provide the order number, your full name and the reason for the return.
  2. 2. We’ll send you a template for a return application.
  3. 3. Print the application and fill it in by hand. Scan the filled-in form or take a clear photo.
  4. 4. To your next e-mail, please attach:
    • - a scan or a photo of the return application;
    • - scan or photo of the 2, 3 and 5 pages of your passport.
  5. 5. Pack a parcel consisting of:
    • - The items being returned;
    • - Signed return application;
    • - The receipt*.
  6. 6. Send the parcel, marked as “return”, to our editorial office. We’ll provide you with the address in a letter.
  7. 7. After all the info is transferred into accounting, the money shall return in 5 working days to the same card the payment was performed with.

Please note that the returning goods must be carefully packaged, especially those fragile (a mug, for example). We advise using original parcel boxes provided by the post service. If the goods come to us damaged due to bad packaging, no money will be returned.

* You have the right to perform a return without a receipt and we’ll do everything in our power to identify the goods in order to return your money to you. However, the Company reserves the right to ask for additional proof of purchase being performed through our Internet store. If no such proof is provided, we’ll be forced to refuse the return.

If the order was made with payment upon receipt at a pickup point, to perform a return or a replacement you’ll need to come to the same pickup point with a receipt and your passport.
